This valve is a worm gear driven, flange connected, F46 sealed seat, centerline structure fluorine plastic lined butterfly valve, suitable for any concentration of acids, alkalis, salts and oxidizers, reducing agents, organic solvents and other media, suitable for chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, steel smelting, paper making and other industries pipeline ideal corrosion resistant valve.

Fluorine lined butterfly valve is a kind of butterfly valve developed since 1970s, the main feature is corrosion resistance. Because fluorine plastic molecular structure have fluorine carbon bond and its shielding effect, it has excellent corrosion resistance.

Worm gear fluorine lined butterfly valve is divided into fully lined type and semi-lined type, fully lined butterfly valve has fully lined body, butterfly plate and butterfly plate shaft fully lined layer, butterfly plate and butterfly plate shaft combined into one; semi-lined butterfly valve, fully lined body, butterfly plate and stem not lined, with stainless steel material, butterfly plate and butterfly plate shaft combined assembly.

Main structural features：
1、Midline structure, the whole butterfly plate and the valve seat are concentric in 360° circumference (midline), with two-way sealing function.
2、Four-stage loading elastic seal to ensure zero leakage.
3、The radial direction of the valve shaft is sealed by a combination of O-ring and metal gasket.
4、The valve seat is set in the groove of the valve body with resilient strip.
